A signature project by ostiliomobili, distinguished by a strong, contemporary character, a reflection of its bold owner, a former motorcycle racer. Nestled among the gentle hills of Franciacorta, near Lake Iseo, rises a new building with four exclusive apartments. On the ground floor ostiliomobili shaped a designer space with Iriam Bettera Design studio, curating every detail and leveraging its architectural essence. The owner, whose life has been all about speed, chose a contemporary style that reflects his enterprising spirit. The apartment unfolds on a single level, where day and night areas brush past one another, divided by just one wall. Minimal structural partitions amplify the open space, creating a flowing, continuous feel. The living room: daring and originality Raw structural pillar with an industrial vibe In the living room, materials and colours take centre stage. A large velvet sofa in wine red stands opposite the TV wall, clad in Patagonia stone. Its golden and brown veining traces precious patterns, in harmony with wood panelling that extends to the ceiling.
