Large windows onto the garden and the lake frame ever-changing views, offering shifting perspectives that amplify the home’s appeal. Decisive, modern architectural lines play against warm, enveloping interiors, carefully designed by the ostiliomobili team to suit a young couple’s lifestyle. Spread over three levels, the villa expresses dynamism and functionality in every room. On the ground floor, a bright relaxation area directly overlooks the pool. In summer, sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, merging salon and garden into one fluid space. Next to it, the living room hosts a second, more formal lounge with a panoramic view and a three-sided fireplace set into a partition that subtly separates spaces, while sharing the warmth of the flame from different angles. The dining room’s standout feature is the table, created from an antique Balinese door, a precious memento reinterpreted with taste and originality. Contemporary wallpaper, against which two twin display cabinets with clean lines are set, adds depth and character to this space for entertaining. In the kitchen, the same refined mood emerges in the choices of the materials: brass finishes converse with backlit Patagonia marble, casting a soft, suggestive glow over the working area. The central island, complete with snack area, becomes a practical yet sophisticated meeting point, enhancing the space’s functional beauty. Every meticulous detail balances aesthetics and practicality, elevating everyday life. The night area is upstairs, an oasis of peace and intimacy. Each room has its own personality yet speaks the same language of warm materials and enveloping atmospheres.
